and analytical thinking.
Even though an applicant with a good academic record and relevant work
experience stands a better chance of getting
through, the actual learning process takes place on the job.
The personal interview will center around the candidate's personal background,
subject knowledge and his/her attitude in general. Applicants may also be asked
to take a copy test in order to ascertain writing abilities and language skills.
